
With a Virtual or Mobile Queue Management System, customers can queue remotely with a Mobile Ticket, an online ticket that they can see on their phone.
It starts with the customer checking in by scanning a QR Code or they can be assisted by a mobile Concierge member of staff. Upon check-in, they can choose the service they require and then receive a Mobile Ticket allowing them to wait anywhere until it’s their turn. As they’re waiting, they can monitor their progress in the queue on their phone and get a notification when it’s their turn.
